BTW:
For all those that like to claim the GPL aint crap cause it hasnt been
tested in court. Please inform them that the fact that it hasnt gone to
court in over 16 years of being around says a lot about how strong it is.
Just recently FSF has recently gotten two companies to change w/o going
to court in cases where the FSF had no 'copyright' (read jurisdiction)
against the code in question. Before that little companies like Apple
have contested the GPL and rescinded themselves before a court battle.
