Postfix and Unitywave: Need POP-before-SMTP

That link tells you how to set up the OTHER (ISP) end, not the user end...
in other words, how to make Postfix require POP-before-SMTP, not how to
make it login to POP before doing SMTP. Da wrong schtuff. Can't find a
link to what I want anywhere.
