Booklet printing

I thought mpage would do it, but while it does two-up printing, it won't do
booklet style properly. However, I did find psbook (manpage at
http://www.fnal.gov/docs/products/psutils/man/psbook.1.html) that's part of
the psutils package that sounds right.
