Subject: Microsoft USB Optical IMPS/2
I didn't set any buttons, but it still works, and all the buttons work.
I thought if I told it there were 5 buttons, plus two for the wheel
axis, I would have to remap the mouse to use 1 2 3 6 7 4 5
so that the wheel would work, or use ZAxisMapping 6 7, I guess..

I only use three buttons anyway.. So this always works for me.
