How to refresh the desktop in KDE2?

Hm.. I didn't either.. mostly because it's not missing here :-)

Perhaps it was removed for KDE 2.1.1 and added back for 2.2. That would be
extraordinarily odd since we usually don't mess with i18n strings between
releases like this.. but you never know.
