My poor little server...

My little web server on 144K IDSL Speakeasy (64.81.103.63) is getting a CR
hit every few seconds, about 85% from 64.81.0.0.

I tried downloading a weather report on my newtorked Windows machine last
night and it took forever. Then I looked at my logs and I choked. Those g*dd
CR hits are slowing me down tremendously. I'm not counting them up, but its
in the thousands per day.

Is there any kind of lead into who is responsible for this?
