This is all By Laws stuff. Unless it's stated that gas or mileage is
covered, it's not. I don't believe that there is any of this stuff in our
By Laws yet because the Board hasn't met to revise them. Like MADD can
reimburse for mileage but cannot even consider gas purchases. So it's
different for each non profit.

I do know that if you bring food to an event because you volunteered to
bring it, it's a donation. But this must be in writing in order to have
proof. It's all a proof issue. All this will be covered with the
accountant Monday or Tuesday. So more information will be available after
that.
