10 year picnic?

are we still interested in throwing a 10 year picnic? I kind of think we
should wait a couple of years as maybe we should consider 1.0 to be the
birth of the kernel. If, however, we're wantin' to throw a party now,
someone needs to step forward and start organizing it.

I say we just shoot for a park in late Sep.
