Looks to me like the moved the web site to some hapless webhosting
company (Abovenet) to free up their network from the attacks. A
sacrificial lamb, so to speak . . .

I would love that contract - to know you will get blasted with
traffic by several hundred thousand servers once a month and to charge
the US Govt $1400/mbps. Put in a weasel clause as this contract
was born knowing there will be DOS attacks so there cannot be any
Service Level Agreements. Sweet!
