My first thought was VNC but after looking at <

Steve's referral - it's quite obvious that this now has a form - Hawke check
this out for your 'cafe' - The difference is that you don't need hard
drives, floppy drives or a boned up computer like you would to run VNC, you
get your startup on the remote-boot network card via trivial ftp. Should be
able to easily build this for $200 - $300.
I had originally started thinking about this on OSX - that had to be what
Larry Ellison was looking at when he began preaching thin client. It's
awesome to see that it's so far along.
