As a rule there's a 10Mb hub, usually with one laptop connected to it.
Our network manager will be out of town for this meeting though; she
usually sets up a subnet for the meetings. I plan set up a box to do
NAT instead.

I don't anticipate anyone will object to that solution, but I haven't
cleared it yet. If there _won't_ be bandwidth available I'll announce
it here ahead of time.
