OT for PLUG, Voting for NPO Name

The list needs to be shortened to less than 5. Then placed out to vote.
Saying you have x days to vote. Then someone needs to tally the votes and
give to the temporary board. Then the board needs to make final decision.

That is my opinion anyhow.
