I haven't done this (yet) but Samba will support this. Do a Google search on
"Samba print NT" and you'll get some hints to start with. Warning: It
doesn't free you from playing with printcap!

This definitely works. I set up samba to share my Linux print queues and it
just worked. The only downside is that installation of drivers isn't
transparent. I just installed the drivers on NT/Windows pointing to local
LPT port, then re-directed them to a network printer (Samba) afterwards and
it worked fine.
Of course, the printer needs to be visible when you browse the Samba server!
If not, check out your smb.conf.

I posted a detailed message about this within the last two weeks. Assuming
the RedHat box is already running Samba sharing well, you just need the
samba client tools on the SuSE box. Then you can use smbmount for file
sharing.

Sounds like just an issue of getting the tools installed. No Samba issues
there, right?

Repeat process with Samba tools I expect. I haven't done this with BSDen
yet, but I believe the tools are the same.
Good luck!
