chat clients

Anyone know what version of source code is needed for RedHat 7.1 on
http://bitchx.org? I tried the 75p3 and something isn't right. I cannot
find the executable to start the program. Also, on http://www.licq.org,
I am having trouble installing this rpm. Go figure.
