I am not in dispute with anything you have said. I'm sure your product is a
good and viable product for very large companies.

The question about accounting software came from a young gentleman who has
started a consulting business and wants to automate his books. I can tell
you from experience we as consultants have a minimum of accounting need. We
need to be able to categorize our income and expenses along with managing a
small A/R. We need something easy and straight forward with a cost of FREE
to maybe $99.00.

Again I am not slamming your product. I think you said you have 150,000
installs. There is a niche however I would submit to you that if I have a
client that wishes to spend $15,000 on a solution that part or most of it
would be custom, starting with a small source system.

$1,200 accounting modules do not fit into my business plan.
