How to print a man file?

Subject: How to print a man file?
It's not just ^H's you have to get rid of.
The cleanest way that I have found to convert a man page over to plain text
is:
man -t manpage | ps2ascii | fold -s

It's a lot of work to get text, but it seems to work better than anything
else that I have found.
