Physical security

A client today asked me to spec out a server of the Linux variety with the
caveat that it must be able to be physically secured in an office
building.

What's the best way to do this, some sort of enclosure? A rack-mount unit
with a rack bolted to the floor (that seems like overkill).

I'd like to hear what "y'all" have seen or used.
