Of all the solutions I've seen so far, I surprised no one has suggested
a peltier cooler. While I'll admit installing one on an Athlon/Duron
can be tricky, it's sometimes the only way to keep the processors below
45C in adverse conditions. (This comes from experience with the Cyrix
6x86 desktop hibachi series.)
