So how's the crusoe hold up? I'm looking at getting one of those. I don't
care that much about the camera and 1024 x 400 should easily be doable in
X. I'm worried about the svga replication port and living with only one
pcmcia slot.

Is there a way to charge batteries when they're not in the laptop?

The gt1 [1] would be most cool if it were a touch screen. Pretty damned
expensive, though :(. Limited manufacture too, so I'd be worried about its
future.
