Actually, ignore that. It's a soft link to /etc/rc.d/init.d/sshd. Make
changes in that file.
BTW, RedHat uses chkconfig to maintain the soft link farm under
/etc/rc.d/rc?.d/. Use that to change the links around. Also use it to
maintain links for stuff you add locally, e.g. all these firewall scripts
that keep coming up :).
