Energy Savings Setup

Hey Everyone-

A few weeks ago, I upgraded X windows to version 4.0.2 on my box. The only
problem that has come out of the upgrade is that the Energy Savings setup
for my monitor no longer seems to work. Has anyone else had this problem?

If I type "xset q" on the command line, I get the following:
DPMS (Energy Star):
  Standby: 0    Suspend: 0    Off: 1800
  DPMS is Enabled
  Monitor is On

but the monitor never turns off. This used to work fine under the 3.3.6
server.

Any ideas?
