Netfinity 3500 Redhat 7.0 Install

I am converting a Netfinity 3500 from Windows NT to Redhat 7.0. The model
is not certified for Redhat by IBM.

Redhat seems to install OK but when I reboot I get the following message:

Invalid session number or type of track
Kernal Panic:VFS:Unable to mount root fs on 08:02

Any ideas on what the issue here is? Has someone documented installing
Redhat on older Netfinity 3500s?
