Slight correction

It seems that in this morning's pre-coffee rant I transposed
evil forces. That is, I confused the DMCA folks with UCITA
slime. DMCA does away with "fair use", UCITA outlaws
reverse engineering, software reviews, and allows for "self
help". Dang; can't tell one arch villain from another
without a program.
