I got it.

When it works its great.
I have had a lot problems for a long time. The customer service
sucks. I have gotten used to calling them to confirm
appointments because I was stood up 4 times since I have
gotten the service.

When they finally fixed the stuff its been working like
a charm.
You can look in the PLUG archive for more info from other people.
If you can't get other high speed get it.
Firewall is a must. If you going to run services make
sure to monitor the scans from Sprint and block their IP.
