ISP recommendation

I used to be a customer of them a few years back..

didn't like getting jacked around by their accounting dept (kept losing
checks, or cashing them and then charging me late fees for
"non-payment")

I knew one or two decent folks that worked there, but they jumped ship
about
2 years ago (there were some in-house problems).
