I have a realtor client that is weighing an option for publishing a database
with Filemaker Pro (Macintosh/Windows) primarily out of price and his
familiarity. I can't help but believe that someone might be able to do it
for the same price using OpenSource SQL and PHP or even Perl. Anybody that
is in that business that is interested in taking a look and bidding, should
