My printer was working untill I recompiled the kernel now parport loads
fine but when I insmod lp I get this warning:
Using /lib/modules/2.2.18/misc/lp.o
/lib/modules/2.2.18/misc/lp.o: init_module: Device or resource busy
Hint: this error can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including
invalid IO or IRQ parameters
I don't know what would change my IRQ setting or IO, any clues?

I've been thinking of getting a Cisco cable modem. It's supposed to have
the Cisco IOS on it and it functions just like a real router. Any
suggestions on whether this will be a good device with Cox's service? I'm
sure I could set it up DHCP but I'm not sure about the hostname and how
that would work..
