Well, what you are looking for is the access file and for the most part it
seems to be in /etc/mail/access these days, it doesn't neccesarily have to
be there though. By default on the news (as in the last 3 years :) it
should deny all relaying until you turn it on, even for your own host. if
it's relaying everything, sounds like you got something messed up, or its a
really old version.
