While he doesn't have a large stock of stuff, I have found "The Wright
Computer" in Chandler to be honest and reliable.
North west corner of Arizona Avenue (Country Club) and Warner. Just south
and around the corner of Target.
I bought a 100MHz 486 motherboard with 16MB RAM for my linux firewall
system for $10. Ran without a hitch.
