Again, you need to be more specific. Exactly which file are you
trying to access? (And how are you trying to access it?)

Okay, so maybe you have things installed properly. And then again,
maybe not. It is difficult to tell from the description you provided.

Have you started vncserver on the machine that you're trying to connect
to? That is an important first step.
