Subject: firewalling
Hello I am haveing some trouble that I am not able to figure out. I have
used a firewall script from,
www.linux-firewall-tools.com/linux/firewall/index.html and when the machine
boots up I recieve the following errors:
/etc/rc.sysinit:network: command not found.
Ipchains host/network: lh1.rdc1.az.home.com not found
/etc/rc.sysinit: Inetd.conf command not found
I am not sure where to begin here. My /etc/resolv.conf lists only the @home
nameserver. I am able to do ctl-brk and get to Interactive setup and continue
booting. I can send and recieve email without problem as well. Web browsing
works as well.
I am running Mandrake 7.2 on an AMD K6/2 500,256MB ram.
All suggestions greatly appreciated,
John Wheat
