rblsmtpd & qmail/ucspi

Has anyone used rblsmtpd with qmail/ucspi ?

I have some limited experience with tcprules (setting
relay, and using as an alternative to tcpwrappers),
but I'm having a hard time understanding how to use
rblsmtpd.
