openBSD & vmware

I just installed openBSD in my vmware, but can't seem
to get the nic to play nice. dmseg reports the device (le1),
the same AMD card that windows (in vmware) will says I have.

But I keep getting the message "le1 device timeout"

Anyone have any tips/luck w/openBSD in vmware on a Linux box?
