Colocation services

Does anyone know of some reasonably priced colocation services in the area.
Reasonably priced but good too?! Also I'm also looking for a new job if anybody
knows of anyone hiring Linux people......I just got out of the military and am
new to the area. Any info on either would be great. Thanks , Bret
