whats up wth Rufus.w3.org?

Hey guys?
anyone know whats going on with rufus.w3.org.
netscape just sits there and won't do anything
(connect: contacting rufus.w3.org) is all it says
and it sits there for 5 minutes and won't even time out...

whats the deal here?
