Years and Years and Years of experience.

Sorry, after re-reading it, it did come across that way. It _was_
frustrating as hell at the time. It seems that it is somewhat of a PHX
area thing as I received many offers from out of state and finally took
one that allowed telecommuting. Wages here seem to be on the low side
of median - probably the reason many businesses relocate here...

Ah, another example of the "Life not fair" I stated in my rant. Doesn't
it ever end? Oh, well.. At least I have a roof over my head and a
computer on my desk.. :-)
