6.9Beta is not the same as 7.0. In particular the .iso image size
for the new 2nd CD is quite a bit larger, though I haven't looked to
see what is different.
If I were you I'd upgrade to 7.0. The release number is evident in
the CD's bootup display.
One disturbing note: this release switches to glibc-2.1.92 which
is a test release, and I'm told there are prototype changes here
that will break some software packages. Even the Linux-from-scratch
project which goes for the latest and greatest of everything doesn't
resort to test versions of such core components. I sure hope RH has
a very good reason for this.
