Subject: Samba with NT
I believe the netbuie(sp) protocol is not routable,
thus explaining why you cannot browse through routers.
But I thought you could use IP addresses and be able
to connect, since this bypasses the MS protocol.
I have done it before at an old job, but it required
the default gateway, IP's and a file called lmhosts.
This little guy killed my connections between the
routers until I edited the server names and ips into
it. Then it was all good. Look for it on your NT box,
and I know samba can also use this file.
