This would be attractive to me if I knew precisely what the deficiency was.
When I buy something like a hard drive, I have no way of knowing whether
it's cheap because the documentation is missing or because it was dropped
down a flight of stairs.
PS: Did you know that a Cray Y-MP was advertised on eBay last week? This
would be an interesting part-out.
