graphical network topologys

I was wondering if there was any type of gui
that would make the drawing of topologys easy.
What I am looking for is something that has some built
in 'icons' or 'images' for things like
routers, switches, hubs, etc.

I tried the Gimp thing, but to be honest, I am more of
a Vi guy. Any help would be appreciated.
