Boot from the floppy and login as root
As root at the command prompt type
"lilo" <cr> (without quotes)
This asssumes the RedHat install setup /etc/lilo.conf properly
if it did not you will have to edit /etc/lilo.conf until the
lilo command runs without errors reported.
