Subject: New business startup help/suggestions/info needed
Joe's Real Barbecue, to the annoyance of some people, got a zoning variance
to build two smoking ovens. I don't remember what hard wood they use, it
is not oak or mesquite though... I'm drawing a blank.

IMO the zoning variance was worth it!
