I remember a discussion some time ago about why single quotes become
question marks in web pages. Unfortunately, all i remember about the
conversation was that it existed. Could someone please take the time to
re-explain to me why and how it happens, and how to fix it and keep it from
happening in the future? Or, if there is a special place for me to RTFM I
would appreciate that direction as well. :)
