I thought programmers were optimists.

It only means the EFF has to spend more money to
appeal the process up to the supreme court.

This law was a B.S. from the very beginning
and kaplan is not trying to change this law
it only applies. I do not think lower district
judges ever declare something unconstitutional
it has to go to the supreme court.
