When i need to see how to configure/modify proxies or filters for MS
products, i use
http://proxyfaq.networkgods.com/ , for your issue, i'd
specifically look at
http://proxyfaq.networkgods.com/htmlFAQ/default.htm#_Toc476061353 to see
which ports are opened, which direction and why/what they do.
