Icon text color in Enlightenment/GNOME

Some themes change this, but I can't find any way to change it manually.
Anyone done this? For example, I have a dark background, so white text
beneath the icons would be ideal. I can't find any settings for this in
Enlightenment or the GNOME Control Center.
