I know for a fact that Cox@home/@work, Sprint Broadband(speedchoice), PSN's
DSL, primenet DSL & System Solutions DSL, infinet-is all allow icmp since I
use a periodic ping to verify that a VPN is still up. I have yet to see a
provider that blocks your ability to ping and if I run in to a provider that
blocks them, I probably would go elsewhere.
