D-Link DE-220PCT NIC driver?

Can't get Linux to recognize this NIC and we have not easily found a driver
for it. Anyone know where to find it?

Again, that's the D-Link DE-220PCT 10Mbsp Combo 16-bit Ethernet ISA
Adapter. Trying to run it on RedHat 6.2.
