This is really easy.
Edit /etc/dhcpd.conf and add:
host mycomputer {
hardware ethernet xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx;
fixed-address 10.0.1.1;
}
where xx's is the mac id of the ethernet card.
Then, restart dhcpd. :-)
