You probably need to set the mode

try

chmod 755 so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-en.bin

then execute it with

./so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-en.bin /net

the /net option will install the files in a common area usually /opt, or
/usr/local if you prefere. Then each user executes

/opt/office52/program /setup ( or other path that you chose during the
install)

this will set up each users environment in there home directory with a
common set of executables.
